MIP: Communication Campaign "Your Deeds Matter More" Presented
On 24 January 2019, the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine and the EU Project “Association4U” (A4U) presented the communication campaign “Your Deeds Matter More” at Ukrinform news agency.
The campaign, designed to support Environmental Strategy 2030, consists of videoclips to be broadcast as public social advertising on national and regional TV channels, at cinema halls, in Intercity trains, and on the Internet.
“One of the priorities of the Ministry’s activity is promoting European values, and clean environment is one of them. The Ministry of Information Policy has supported the initiative of the Ecology Ministry and ‘Association4U’ and produced a series of animation clips, which show that the solution to environmental problems lies in our daily deeds, in consistently changing our old habits to new, more environmentally conscious. Much depends on every one of us, and our joint efforts bring about momentous changes,” said Liudmyla Vasylenko, Head of the Sector for European Integration of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.
Among the other speakers at the press conference were Nataliia Trofymenko, Acting Director of the Department of Strategy and European Integration of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources; Viktoriia Yashkina, A4U leading communication expert under the Ministry of Ecology; Oleksii Kharchenko, senior communication specialist, A4U; and Sophia Dzhurynska, Chief Specialist of the Sector for Promotion of Ukraine in the World of the Ministry of Information Policy.
