MIP: Exhibition "Prisoners of the Kremlin" Opened at Institute of International Relations
An exhibition titled “Prisoners of the Kremlin” was launched at the Institute of International Relations of Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Emine Dzhaparova, the First Deputy Minister of Information Policy of Ukraine, and Mustafa Dzhemilev, the Commissioner of the President for the Crimean Tatar people.
“This exhibition is yet another reminder that each crime has a face—the face of those who ended up behind bars for their civic stance; those who are accused of ‘espionage, terrorism, extremism’; witnesses to and symbols of Kremlin crimes, who have the courage to resist the criminal occupational regime,” Ms Dzhaparova was quoted as saying.
The exhibition was held within the framework of the International Research and Practice Conference “De-occupation and Reintegration of the Information Space of Crimea: International Legal and Media Communications Instruments,” organised by the Ukrainian Association of International Law, an NGO, with the support of the Ministry of Information Policy of Ukraine.
